If you answered yes to any of these questions, you should consider applying to be one of our Volunteer Associate Chaplains.

Please download the following PDF file of the application form. Print off the blank form, fill it in and mail it to us along with the other required documents. Access it here, Associate Chaplain Application.
Next, we have the Open Road Chapels’ Bylaws. These are the Bylaws that are used to operate the chapels. You must read and initial each page. Please also download this document so that you have a copy for yourself.
Again, please download this document and print it off. Make sure to initial each page once you have read it, and mail it in with the other required documents. You may do so here, ORC Bylaws 2024.
